Not on how much you post: every video earns its rate, there is no quota and no ceiling on how many you make. The performance bonus does run on a ladder with a top rung, so there is a maximum a single video can earn on top of its base. Both the ladder and that number are in your agreement before you film, so nothing about it is a surprise.
